About Emma Henderson

Online personal trainer

Emma has been in the health and fitness industry for 8 years now. She started sharing her fitness journey while getting her B.S. in Kinesiology after going through an injury as a Division 1 swimmer in college. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and has taught boot camps, aqua aerobics, swim team, all prior to starting her own business and taking private personal training clients both online and in person. Emma's main goal when it comes to training is to create something effective, fun, and not too time consuming. What are the goals of this program?
* Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Tone your body and get back into the gym comfortably
What’s the schedule?
* Weight training 3-4 times per week (one leg day, one upper day, 1 HIIT workout, 2 cardio days) * 2 rest days should be spent moving with low impact (walking, housework, etc.)
What do I need to participate?
* You need either access to a gym that has a Kettlebell, Dumbbells, and a resistance band or you can workout from home with these pieces of equipment. * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
How will I get the best results?
* Follow the schedule! The plan is written to provide results to kickstart your fitness journey or get you on the road to getting back into shape. * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients ( a high protein diet limiting fat content) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover

* Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
